Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Full Paper Submission: Submitted manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the conference template. All submitted papers will undergo a thorough review process. Accepted full papers will be published in conference proceedings or journals according to the review result, authors will be invited to give an oral/poster presentation on site. At least ten pages of paper is required for final submission.

Abstract Submission: For those who don't expect any publication of your papers, you're welcome to submit the abstracts and present them at the conference without publishing. With presentation only purpose, please just submit an abstract within 200-300 words without figures or tables.

Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages (including all figures, tables, and references), Extra pages (exceed 5 pages) will incur additional charges.

Policy on Multipule Submissions
GEPSEE2024 will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also not allowed to submit their papers elsewhere during the GEPSEE2024 reviewing period. Submitted papers are expected to contain original work executed by the authors with adequate, proper and scholarly citations to the work of others. It is the job of the authors to clearly identify both their own contribution(s) and also published results / techniques on which they depend or build. Reviewers are charged to ensure these standards to be met.

Publication Ethics - Penalty against Plagiarism
We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. Submissions must be original, unpublished work, and not have been submitted to another conference or journal for publication. Full papers submissions will be blind peer-reviewed by at least two experts from the International Program Committee in order to ensure high quality standards of research. Submission of a paper implies that should the paper be accepted for publication in the conference proceedings, at least one of the authors will register and present the paper in the conference. Publication is only limited to the full paper, abstract only will not be published, it can be arranged for presentation on the conference.
