1. Group participants 6 or more than 6 can enjoy 10% discount of the registration fee;

Please Note:
Author: making a presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings/journals.
Presenter: making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
Listener: Participating in the conference only with neither presentation nor paper publication.
* One regular registration can cover a paper within 4-5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.
** One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one copy of publication.
It includes:
Ø A copy of the proceedings;
Ø Access to all conference sessions, keynote speeches, symposium and symposia;
Ø Coffee breaks, lunch;
Ø Program brochure and conference goodies.
Notes:
Ø Accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only for author registration for conference;
Ø The Participant Registration applies for two cases: One author has made the Author Registration for a paper and other authors of the same paper would like to attend the conference; or a person does not have a paper to present and wants to attend the conference.
Registration Form and Payment
To fill in the registration form, you are asked to give the Submission Number.
If you register for the conference, for example, your Submission Number is “GEPSEE-G101”, please use “GEPSEE” as the conference name and then fill in “G101” as the paper ID on the registration form. DO NOT FORGET to indicate the Submission Number when making a payment.
Final registration documents
Final registration documents required to be submitted to gepsee2024@163.com:
A. Filled Registration Form;
B. Payment Proof;
C. Final version of paper (doc, docx or pdf).
To register as an author, you're supposed to submit your full paper to the conference first, once your paper gets accepted after review, then you can register to get it published, also you get to present your paper at the conference orally.
For delegates who're interested in attending the conference but without any paper to present or publish. You will deepen your knowledge by attending it as a listener. Please submit your request GEPSEE2024.
If you just plan on making oral presentation at the conference without pulishing your research work, then you should register as a presenter for participation.
